We are looking for Internal Ops Shipping and Receiving to join our team. Your primary goal will be to support the Internal Ops team with various tasks. The ideal candidate will manage diverse administrative duties, oversee domestic and international shipment logistics, handle equipment management, monitor storage management and Global inventory, and assist other departments with their shipping needs. This is a part-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, 12 - 5 p.m. or 1 - 6 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Internal Ops team with various administrative tasks

• Oversee domestic and international shipment logistics. Receive and send packages

• Oversee Global inventory and maintain an organized inventory room following company safety standards

• Tag equipment and update the inventory through a monday.com platform

• Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Retrieve equipment from departing employees

• Monitor and restock supplies

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in inventory management

• Basic knowledge of computers and software programs

• Ability to lift heavy packages and equipment

• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask

• Competency in handling confidential information

Desirable Qualities:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Proficiency in using the Monday.com platform

• Knowledge of inventory control systems

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems
